CUSTOMER INFORMATION
How your information is used when you shop.
Checkout collects your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, chosen products and optional email or order notes. These details are used to confirm, manage and deliver your order.
Customer order details are available in the restricted store owner panel. Public order tracking requires both an order number and the mobile number used at checkout, and returns only the order status and total.
Your browser stores a local cart draft so it remains available as you browse different pages. Clearing your browser storage clears this draft. Confirmed orders are saved separately by the store.
Payments use Cash on Delivery. The website does not request or save card details. A hashed network identifier is used to limit excessive checkout submissions.
